Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Travel Brand Head to lead our sales, brand strategy, marketing, and positioning in the competitive travel and tourism industry. The role involves monitoring sales and operations, creating a strong brand identity, driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring consistent customer engagement. The Travel Brand Head will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand value, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring the sales department, day-to-day sales count, implementing strategies to improve the overall sales of the company
- Develop and implement the overall brand strategy to strengthen market presence and brand recall.
- Lead brand positioning, identity development to differentiate the company in the travel industry.

- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and partner channels.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tourism boards, airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive customer engagement and loyalty programs to build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align brand initiatives with business goals.
- Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring high ROI.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven track record of building and scaling successful travel brands.
- Experience working with international/domestic travel brands, agencies, or hospitality groups preferred.
