Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for travel and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience to build a career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to travel packages

Promote and sell domestic and international travel plans to potential clients

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings

Maintain and update customer database and booking records

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel

Requirements:

01 year of experience in sales or customer service (travel industry preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Passion for travel and customer interaction

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing

Willingness to learn and grow within the company
