Founded in 2018 and based in New Delhi, the company offers services including flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, corporate trips, adventure tours, and destination weddings.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions. The role involves handling travel inquiries, converting leads into bookings, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international travel packages.

• Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and client interactions.

• Suggest suitable travel packages, hotels, flights, and other travel services based on customer preferences and budgets.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, and travel requirements.

• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.

• Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers.

• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and booking processes.

• Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve queries effectively.

• Confidence, positive attitude, and target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

• Prior experience in travel sales, tele-calling, customer service, or travel consultancy is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Location: Pearls Omaxe Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi – 110034

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
