Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Travel Advisor at our Surat location. This is an on-site role. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements, guiding customers through their journey selection, and ensuring an exceptional experience. The role includes providing guidance in destination research, handling inquiries professionally, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth trip operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist and guide clients
• Experience in Travel Arrangements is a plus (not mandatory)
• Knowledge of the Travel Agency sector and operations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional and customer-focused environment
• Familiarity with international travel destinations and visa services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in travel, tourism, or a related field is preferred
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle travel-related challenges
