Job Description Travel & Administration Executive

Role Purpose:

Manage travel arrangements for employees and support administrative coordination across centres.

Reporting To : Head Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange travel bookings including flights, trains, and hotels.
  • Prepare travel itineraries for employees and leadership.
  • Ensure travel bookings comply with company cost guidelines.
  • Maintain travel records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors.
  • Track travel expenses and reimbursements.
  • Provide administrative support for operational activities.

  • Accuracy of travel documentation
  • Employee satisfaction with travel support

Experience

  • 24 years of experience in travel administration or office administration roles.
