WHAT YOU'LL DO AT ATHER:

Maintain design intent from concept generation to final implementation

Have a thorough understanding of design principles

Possess extreme diligence to quality and attention to detail

Have an interest in, and an awareness of emerging cultural and social behaviors

Be actively researching, sharing, and implementing new trends and materials

Management of personal time with the ability to stick to team deadlines

Own effective, articulate design communication and decision-making skills

HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

MUST be able to work in person at our Bangalore, India studio

Will be required to work on internal projects with the design team OR on their final thesis

project, for which the Transportation Design team will provide the necessary guidance.

Immediate availability to join

All applicants must have graduated or be in the final semester of bachelor's/master's or

equivalent degree

6-month engagement only

3D modeling skills Blender. Operating knowledge of Alias would be an added plus

Confidence with 2D and 3D design and visualization tools, along with basic knowledge of

AI tools

Physical model-making skills

Great communication skills (visual, verbal, and written)

The ability to think quickly and problem-solve on the spot

A positive, team-focused attitude

YOU BRING TO ATHER:

Bachelor's/master's degree (or equivalent) in Transportation/Mobility/Automotive Design

(or equivalent)
