Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily transport operations at Tirupur & Perundurai SIPCOT units.
- Vehicle scheduling, route planning, and driver allocation.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, vehicle fitness, and breakdown control.
- Maintain fuel consumption, service records, and trip logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, RTO, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for transport needs and vendor follow-up.
Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport administration.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel / report preparation).
- Good communication and team-handling ability.
- Vendor and driver management skills.
