Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Transport Operations Management

  • Ensure end-to-end transport coverage with precise scheduling and timing
  • Monitor vehicle departure times and maintain accurate logs of start times and kilometer readings
  • Verify staff boarding procedures and ensure only authorized personnel listed on roster sheets are transported
  • Manage approval processes for additional staff transport requests
  • Maintain 24/7 transport helpdesk operations, including call logging and query resolution
  • Monitor and report speeding incidents and other safety concerns to the Transport Helpdesk
  • Maintain radio communication protocols as required
  • Complete detailed log books upon arrival at client sites, ensuring accurate mileage documentation

Site Operations Excellence

  • Execute night cab deployments according to established schedules
  • Monitor daily vehicle checklists to ensure operational readiness
  • Oversee vehicle hygiene standards and pre-deployment inspections
  • Implement and monitor hygiene protocols effectively
  • Maintain 24/7 tracking through mobile application tools
  • Optimize route allocation and destination planning to minimize travel distances
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including vehicle documentation and driver licenses
  • Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain comprehensive safety records
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain 24/7 availability for emergency support situations

Data and Report Management

  • Plan and maintain comprehensive data repositories for all transport information
  • Prepare detailed business reports to support client decision-making processes
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for process enhancement and optimization
  • Ensure routine database updates for future reference and analysis
  • Store and restore client data according to established requirements
  • Share audit-required data within stipulated timeframes
  • Maintain data in accordance with data retention policies

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with service provider supervisors to ensure site availability before night operations
  • Brief supervisors on safety aspects and operational requirements
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive property risk management programs including regular audits
  • Document and report all incidents according to established protocols
  • Manage client visits and leadership visits by coordinating travel plans
  • Provide advance notice to service providers for proper preparations
  • Ensure timely vehicle availability with adherence to transport and cleaning protocols
