Looking for a Transport coordinator based out in Kolkata (Shrirampur, Hooghly). The candidate will work closely with sales teams and transport service providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of all orders, handle all escalations and ensure timely closure/resolutions of all such cases.
- 2+ years of experience in last mile, transport management, outbound operations management.
- Graduation in any discipline Mandatory.
- Good communication skills and organizational skills.
- Preparation of MIS reports in Excel and circulating it to management.
- Knowledge of Bengali, Hindi and English languages.
CTC - 25 - 30K NTH.
