We are looking for a Transport Assistant Manager to manage and support day-to-day transportation operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in employee transport management, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in Excel-based reporting and data management. The role requires flexibility to work in a 247 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily employee transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient pickup and drop-off services.
- Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and employees to manage schedules, routes, and service quality.
- Monitor and report on transport performance metrics, costs, and utilization using advanced Excel tools.
- Handle escalations and resolve transport-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with organizational transport policies and safety standards.
- Support monthly billing validation, MIS reporting, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Admin, and vendor teams for smooth operational execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in employee transport operations.
- Consistent career history with long tenure in previous organizations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a 247 environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
