We are hiring !! Transition Manager(Non IT) - for our Client in Gurugram.. Someone with experience in transitions full time in a BPO/KPO set up .. remote and onsite transitions preferably for captives . Strong project management experience NON IT Transitions

Rel Exp in Transitions- 4 to 5yrs

Role Summary:

The Transition Manager is responsible for managing the successful transition of services in a global shared services environment. This includes planning and execution of transition activities, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end responsibility for transition projects including planning, execution, and closure.
• Develop transition plans, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process standardization and best practices in transitions.
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer is completed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 812 years of experience in managing transitions, preferably in a shared services or outsourcing environment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-region transitions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or similar certification is desirable.
