Job Title: Manager / Program Lead – Transition (BPM / BPO)
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Transition Program Lead to manage end-to-end transition programs within a BPM/BPO environment. The role involves driving transition strategy, execution, governance, and stakeholder management while ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and contractual commitments with high CSAT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end transition programs, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget
- Develop a strong understanding of the E2E solution and support transition solutioning during RFP and pre-sales stages
- Create and execute transition plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and financials
- Manage transition financials, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Drive stakeholder management across clients, internal teams, and leadership; influence virtual/global teams
- Ensure adherence to transition methodology, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution
- Lead contractual discussions and ensure alignment with business and client expectations
- Establish and maintain governance cadence (reports, reviews, status updates) for all stakeholders
- Drive knowledge management, including KT plans, documentation, and reuse of best practices
- Enable change management and smooth implementation during transition lifecycle
- Focus on continuous improvement and innovation in transition methodologies and delivery
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in BPM/BPO Transition or Program Management
- Strong experience in end-to-end transition delivery, governance, and stakeholder management
- Exposure to RFP, solutioning, and transition strategy planning
- Proven experience in financial management, resource planning, and risk management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing global/virtual teams
