• Evaluate internal change requests and coordinate approvals with management

• Provide support during organizational or structural changes
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
• Keep site teams, SMEs, and operations teams updated on transition progress
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on new processes, systems, or policies
• Coordinate with regional and corporate teams for reporting and alignment
Risk & Issue Management
• Identify transition-related risks and implement corrective actions
• Resolve operational disruptions quickly to ensure minimal impact
• Provide support during unplanned organizational changes
Technology & Reporting Implementation
• Support implementation of technological platforms and reporting systems (DMR and others)
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation throughout transition phases
• Maintain compliance with internal reporting standards
Safety & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to No Safety No Work policy across all operations
• Support safety compliance during transition activities
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning
