Job Description

Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end transition activities including KT planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet transition deliverables.
  • Track and report transition progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage transition financials and support RFPs from a solutioning perspective.
  • Travel for client/vendor engagement as needed.

Your Profile

  • Candidate must have 6–12 years of experience in end-to-end transition management for small to mid-sized deals, including KT planning, stakeholder coordination, financial tracking, and RFP solutioning, with strong communication, presentation, and risk management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
