Lead end-to-end transition activities including KT planning and execution.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet transition deliverables.
Track and report transition progress to stakeholders.
Manage transition financials and support RFPs from a solutioning perspective.
Travel for client/vendor engagement as needed.
Your Profile
Candidate must have 6–12 years of experience in end-to-end transition management for small to mid-sized deals, including KT planning, stakeholder coordination, financial tracking, and RFP solutioning, with strong communication, presentation, and risk management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
