Job Description

Your Role

  • Transition Solutioning & Sales Support - Shape and architect transition solutions for large, complex deals support bids, proposals, and solution development.
  • EndtoEnd Transition Delivery - Lead and deliver multitower, multigeography transition projects with full accountability for time, cost, and quality.
  • Stakeholder & Governance Management - Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams ensure adherence to processes, reporting, and governance.
  • Stabilisation & Handover - Ensure smooth transition into hypercare and seamless handover to BAU with defined metrics and service transition reporting.
  • Leadership & Continuous Improvement - Mentor teams, contribute to transition methodology improvements, and support organisational initiatives focused on value and cost optimisation.

Your Profile

  • LargeScale Transition Expertise - Proven experience managing complex, large IT engagements and designing transition solutions.
  • Application & AMS Knowledge - Strong understanding of application management, service transition, and delivery models.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Skills - Excellent presentation, facilitation, and customerfacing skills across senior stakeholders.
  • Project & Methodology Strength - ITIL v3 certified (mandatory) PMP / PRINCE2 preferred working knowledge of Agile desirable.
  • Leadership & Analytical Ability - Strong team leadership, proactive mindset, and ability to analyse risks, scenarios, and changing priorities.
