Job Description

  • Lead the Transformation Office, overseeing enterprise-wide strategic, digital, and operational transformation programs.
  • Drive endtoend execution of key initiatives-goal setting, planning, governance, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.
  • Partner with CXOs and business heads to define transformation priorities and ensure alignment with the organization's long-term strategy.
  • Establish strong program governance frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to enable decision-making and visibility for leadership.
  • Build crossfunctional alignment across product, operations, credit, collections, technology, and digital teams.
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize execution, identify improvement opportunities, and drive efficiencies.
  • Champion process excellence, automation, and digital-first ways of working.
  • Lead change management efforts, including communication, training, and stakeholder readiness.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-18 years of experience in transformation, strategy, digital programs, or enterprise PMO leadership-ideally within BFSI or technology-led environments.
  • Proven track record of running large, multistream transformation programs with measurable business impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong problemsolving and execution discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in process improvement, digitization, and change management.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong ownership and accountability.
