Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive for Transformation Lead role. This role is part of a centralized CLIENT ENGAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TEAM. This team manages global Client / prospects visits to our India based offices. This team is spread across all CG India locations and the objective is to ensure we create a positive and value-added experience for our Clients / prospects.
The role is to be the one-point contact for all project teams who'll understand, coordinate and execute branding and experience as well as content requirements for the visits as well as the function. Position is based out of Mumbai.
This role requires the individual to be knowledgeable about the marketing knowhows and have experience in strategic marketing campaigns.
. Primary role is to manage the Branding & content team based out of Mumbai & Bengaluru / and or other offices of Capgemini:
o Understand the visit purpose & requirements from the Capgemini sponsor & brainstorm on the possible experience themes.
o Brief the creative team on the expectations.
o Personally get involved in the large and high-profile visits to ensure end to end execution of the visit experience.
o Manage vendor relations.
o Ensure brand compliance in all visits as well as project related branding and collaterals.
o Manage & mentor the team.
o Get involved in organizational initiatives as well as event which have large Client or executive presence.
. In the areas of Content, the lead needs to manage the following:
o Based on the understanding of the curate/ advise on relevant content
o Ensure designs of documents such as Branding Guidelines, CVE Catalogue, Welcome deck, and inputs to other required reports are delivered on time.
o Ensure that the CVE repository is updated and relevant.
. Experience management - have ability to think ahead and conceive of experiences in digital mode, metaverse and others.
. Sustainability Alignment - be able to align programs to the organizational priority of sustainability.
Our Ideal Candidate
. Must have a full-time bachelor's degree. An MBA degree / diploma in marketing from a known institute is preferred.
. At least 10 years of work experience in marketing / advertising or events
. Fluent speaking / writing / reading in English is a must.
. Good working knowledge on MS office especially Excel & PowerPoint
. Should be able to provide references upon request.
. Have team management experience.
. Proficient in managing costs and budgets.
