Skills and Qualifications
- 10-14 years of experience in transformation or change management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with process mapping and redesign.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
