Job Summary
As a Transfer Pricing Analyst at Temenos Headquarters S.A., you will play a crucial role in ensuring our intercompany transactions adhere to global transfer pricing regulations. You will be responsible for data analysis, documentation, and reporting to support our transfer pricing policies and compliance efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed data analysis and statistical analysis techniques to support transfer pricing policies and methodologies.
- Categorize and classify intercompany transactions to ensure accurate allocation of costs and revenues.
- Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and country-by-country reports, utilizing strong document management skills.
- Perform data collection and analysis from various sources to interpret financial information and identify potential transfer pricing risks or opportunities.
- Support costing and budgeting processes related to intercompany transactions, contributing to effective budget control.
- Generate and review reports using database reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize information retrieval skills to gather relevant financial and industry data for benchmarking and analysis.
- Assist with tax preparation activities related to transfer pricing matters, collaborating with tax teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant transfer pricing regulations and internal policies through diligent review and reporting.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a transfer pricing role or a strong understanding of transfer pricing principles.
- Excellent numerical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with database reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis, data interpretations, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience with document management and information retrieval systems.
- Familiarity with costing and budgeting processes and budget control.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
