About The Opportunity

A leading player in the fintech / digital payments and transaction banking sector, delivering transaction services and treasury solutions to corporate clients across India. We build scalable payment rails, cash management products and trade-finance capabilities that enable businesses to optimise working capital and automate treasury operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of corporate clientsdrive revenue growth by cross-selling payments, cash management and trade finance solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding: coordinate KYC, documentation, product setup, testing and SLA-driven go-live with operations and product teams.
  • Structure tailored transaction solutions (collections, payouts, liquidity sweeping, trade facilities) aligned to client cashflow and treasury needs.
  • Monitor client transaction flows, identify revenue opportunities and product gaps; partner with risk and compliance to remediate issues and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations and product teams to design pricing, SLAs and implementation plans; drive retention and renewal discussions.
  • Prepare regular portfolio reports, pipeline forecasts and client presentations for senior management; represent client voice to influence product roadmap.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven track record in transaction banking or relationship management for corporate clients, with demonstrable success in cross-selling payments and cash management products.
  • Strong product knowledge across payments, cash management and trade finance including settlements, reconciliations and operational workflows.
  • Hands-on experience managing corporate onboarding, KYC/AML and account setup processes with operations and compliance teams.
  • Good understanding of payments infrastructure and instruments used in India (RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, SWIFT) and basic settlement mechanics.
  • Commercial acumen with experience preparing pricing proposals, deal structuring and negotiation with mid-to-large corporate customers.
  • Excellent stakeholder managementable to coordinate internal product, tech and operations teams to deliver client outcomes.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and workflow/ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle) for payments/treasury flows.
  • Exposure to treasury management solutions or corporate ERP treasury modules.
  • Professional certification in trade finance or banking (e.g., ICA, IIBF) or advanced degree in finance/commerce/business.
