Grow Your Staff is looking for a Transactional Lawyer. This is a full-time remote position.

CTC: 12 - 15 LPA
Type of Employment: Full-time
Time: 5:30 pm-2:30 am (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities
- Understand contract law, data privacy, intellectual property, and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions (especially U.S. and international)
- Review and interpret software platform user terms of service - e.g., Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Addenda, AI Terms
- Map, compare, and analyse contractual terms across multiple agreements for consistency and compliance
- Draft and redline contracts, with a focus on identifying governing law, liability clauses, termination rights, and data usage terms
- Translate complex legal text into simple, actionable insights for business and non-legal users
- Risk assessment and mitigation, identifying deviations or non-standard clauses in templates
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a specialization in commercial, corporate, business laws, or a related field from a recognized university
- Proven 5+ Years of experience as a Commercial Transaction Lawyer
- Prior experience with SaaS, technology companies, or start-ups
- Experience working on documentation related to Online Terms and Conditions in coordination with legal or product teams
- Strong understanding of IP, privacy, and data security in contracts
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and technology-driven workflows
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, and strong organizational and workflow management abilities
- Curious and adaptable to new legal technologies and automation tools
