About the Role
Join our high-performing Structuring & M&A Tax Practice and be a part of end-to-end deal execution, advising clients on tax-efficient strategies for:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Group Restructuring & Divestitures
- Succession Planning
- Partnerships, Joint Ventures & Family Settlements
- Regulatory Compliance across Income Tax, FEMA, SEBI & Company Law
What You&aposll Do
- Lead or assist in tax structuring, diligence, and deal documentation (SPA, SHA, BTA, etc.)
- Draft schemes of arrangement and support strategic presentations
- Keep up-to-date with legislative changes impacting M&A
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 1.52+ years of experience in M&A Tax or Transaction Tax is required
- Sound knowledge of key laws: Income Tax, FEMA, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, DTAA, Trusts, Stamp Duty Laws
- Excellent communication, research, and legal interpretation skills
