Job Summary
As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Market Operations as a part of Commercial & Investment Banking, you ensure end-to-end transaction management is completed on time with thorough exception resolution and client inquiry handling. You provide subject matter expertise to clients while supporting daily regulatory reporting and remediation activities. You contribute to continuous process improvement and automation to elevate efficiency, controls, and client experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned tasks accurately and on schedule
  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives across workflows
  • Manage responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain a strong control mindset and proactively identify risk and issues
  • Resolve client inquiries and exceptions with clear, timely communication
  • Coordinate regulatory reporting tasks and support remediation activities
  • Document processes and controls to ensure audit readiness and consistency
  • Collaborate across Market Operations and partner teams to remove obstacles
  • Analyze transaction flows to reduce breaks and enhance data integrity
  • Escalate high-impact issues with context, root cause, and remediation plans
  • Continuously refine procedures to improve efficiency and client outcomes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrate understanding of financial services industry, products, and processes
  • Apply strong analytical skills with clear communication and presentation abilities
  • Show ownership and responsibility to drive tasks to completion
  • Focus on clients and sustain high standards of customer care practices
  • Drive results through teamwork, influence, and effective interactions
  • Utilize strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree
