Job Summary
As a Lead of Court Orders and Levies (COAL) within COAL & NSP Operations, you lead the India COAL & NSP teams to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant responses to legally served requests. You manage end-to-end operational performance, continuous improvement, and executive reporting while partnering closely with Legal, Controls, and global stakeholders. You build a strong risk and control culture, develop talent, and align strategy to evolving volumes, priorities, and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead India COAL & NSP teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality legal request responses.
- Oversee daily performance across productivity, quality, cost, engagement, and controls.
- Champion continuous improvement and process re-engineering to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to design and implement new initiatives.
- Develop executive and external reporting with clear, accurate, and timely insights.
- Identify data gaps and coordinate onboarding of new data points for automated reporting.
- Maintain a strong control environment in partnership with Legal and Controls.
- Escalate risk and control issues promptly while anticipating trends and preventing recurrence.
- Collaborate with global leaders to execute strategy amid shifting priorities and demands.
- Manage staffing, capacity planning, and budget forecasts aligned to volume and service needs.
- Build workforce learning agility to adopt future skills and more complex work types.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrate exceptional people leadership through goal-setting, coaching, and accountability.
- Minimum 8 years of management and leadership experience in operations.
- Lead large, multi-function teams across geographies and diverse cultures.
- Apply strong analytical and financial acumen to drive data-informed decisions.
- Solve complex problems by decomposing issues into actionable workstreams.
- Collaborate effectively and build relationships across functions and seniority levels.
- Communicate with executive presence and influence senior leadership with clarity.
