Job Description

Development manager, TPF/GCP, Ticketing
Oversee the delivery of IT projects and services to ensure they meet business requirements and deadlines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Implement and maintain project management methodologies and tools.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT project management or delivery management.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, Scrum Master Certification a plus.
Familiar with Project Management and planning tools like jira and Rally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work in a fast-paced environment.
