This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Transaction Leasing Corporate Real Estate professional. Responsibilities include overseeing leasing transactions, conducting market research, preparing financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with due diligence requirements. The role also involves frequent client interactions, collaborative work with internal teams, property site visits, and contributing to the negotiation and closure of real estate transactions.

• Strong Analytical and Due Diligence skills for assessing real estate opportunities and ensuring compliance
• Exceptional Communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and stakeholder interactions
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting for preparing financial models, budgets, and performance analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple transactions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with local real estate markets and regulations in Bengaluru is an advantage
• Proven track record of successfully managing corporate real estate transactions is a plus
