Traning Manager (L&D) - Coimbatore

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager, based in Coimbatore. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and overall organizational performance. The role includes conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. Collaboration with different departments and keeping updated on industry trends is essential to ensure training aligns with the company's goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in training design, development, and delivery
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in curriculum creation and using training tools and platforms
• Ability to assess performance improvement needs and adapt training programs accordingly
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of the diamond or jewelry industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Development, or related field
• Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
