Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Resource Management
- Training Needs Analysis, Program Design, and Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the batch entrusted to them
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices for maximum effectiveness
- Provide necessary support in refresher training and continuous education
- Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Innovation
- Team Performance Management and Development
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Coordinate with stakeholders from Operations and other departments to ensure the progress of training activities and smooth handoff to Operations
Skills Required:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IPDRG coding; and experience in service industry or healthcare industry preferably in a training specialist role.
- Training experience proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development and tracking training effectiveness
- Any Coding certification is Mandatory (AHIMA CCS/ AAPC CPC, CIC, COC)
- Highly proficient in verbal and written communication.
- High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.
- Flexible to work in shifts and travel between business centres (as per business requirement).
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office is mandatory and basic understanding of authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.

- Technical/Professional Knowledge - Should be proficient in Medical Coding (IP/OP) and have a broad understanding of English language training and the presentation skill.
