Training Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Training Specialist. The Training Specialist will develop and implement training programs, assess training needs, and facilitate engaging training sessions. Other responsibilities include designing instructional materials, improving training methodologies, and supporting the development of team skills. The Training Specialist will also handle customer interactions to ensure a seamless training experience, enabling employees to meet organizational goals efficiently.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training & Development and delivering effective Training sessions
• Proficiency in Instructional Design techniques and tools
• Ability to evaluate training needs and implement practical solutions
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience as a training specialist or in a similar role is advantageous
