You'll design and deliver transformative learning experiences that build essential communication and leadership skills, directly impacting how our teams collaborate and perform across the organization.

A Day in the Life

As a Training Specialist, you'll work at the intersection of learning strategy and employee development. Your day might include conducting conversations with managers to understand their team's learning needs, facilitating an interactive training session on communication skills, or collaborating with colleagues to refine curriculum content in our learning management system. You'll balance designing thoughtful training programs with managing the logistics of delivering them to diverse groups across our organization. Beyond traditional training delivery, you'll explore creative approaches to help people learn in ways that resonate with them, whether through instructor-led sessions, hybrid formats, or innovative methods. You'll also contribute to our broader organizational culture by developing communication materials and supporting engagement initiatives that bring our teams together.

We work closely with managers, employees, and external partners to create learning solutions that are relevant, engaging, and impactful. Key Job Responsibilities

Assess learning needs across the organization by conducting conversations with managers and analyzing skill gaps to inform training strategy and program design

Design and develop communication, behavioral, and soft skills training programs tailored to different audiences and learning preferences, including both instructor-led and hybrid formats

Facilitate training sessions and create engaging learning experiences that help participants build practical skills they can apply in their roles

Manage training records, curriculum content, and learning materials within our learning management system, ensuring information is current and accessible

Gather feedback through assessments and surveys to evaluate how well training programs are working, and use those insights to make continuous improvements

Basic Qualifications

Experience in Learning & Development with demonstrated focus on communication, soft skills, and behavioral training

Experience designing, developing, and facilitating training programs

Ability to manage training programs from conception through delivery and evaluation

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences

Experience building relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across different levels and functions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in corporate Learning & Development or shared services environments

Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and contemporary learning technologies

Experience designing and delivering training to large, diverse groups across multiple locations or functions

Professional certification in training, instructional design, coaching, or facilitation









Basic Qualifications

- Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation or an equivalent professional qualification

Preferred Qualifications

- A Trainer with 5+ years of proven L&D design & delivery of comm, soft skill, behavioral L&D sessions/programs
