Organizational Development & People Management
- Participate in training and periodic evaluation of internal trainers and vocational trainers
- Support onboarding and integration of new employees within assigned scope
System Management
- Proficient in using the Elearning LMS training system
Professional Responsibilities
- Develop training deployment plans for assigned target groups
- Execute training programs as planned and handle arising needs
- Directly deliver classroom training sessions
- Conduct field coaching and performance evaluation
- Track and report post-training results
- Organize retraining sessions for drivers/employees with violations
- Conduct quality-improvement training programs for relevant personnel
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Preferred majors: Human Resource Management, Transportation, Education, or related fields
- English proficiency is an advantage
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar position
- Experience in delivering training or conducting employee development activities
- Experience in ride-hailing, e-commerce, logistics industry would be preferred.
