We are looking for a Trainer/Training Specialist to lead end-to-end training and quality initiatives for our Sales and Client Servicing teams. You will report directly to the Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Capability Building
- Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for Sales and Client Servicing Associates
- Develop structured onboarding, refresher, and advanced training modules
- Ensure training content is aligned with business goals, compliance, and customer experience standards
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and certification programs
Quality & Performance Management
- Define and monitor quality benchmarks for sales and client servicing interactions
- Work closely with operations and leadership to identify skill gaps and performance issues
- Drive measurable improvements in conversion, customer satisfaction, and compliance
- Implement feedback loops and coaching frameworks based on quality insights
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, and Compliance teams to ensure training effectiveness
- Support leadership with data-driven insights on training impact and quality outcomes
- Assist in change management initiatives related to processes, products, or systems
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in training, quality, or learning & development roles
- Prior experience training sales and/or client servicing teams (B2C/B2B)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, and service excellence
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report training impact
