Role Overview :
The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving highimpact training programs for Aurigo customers and internal teams. This role plays a critical part in driving user adoption, product proficiency, and longterm customer success across Aurigo Masterworks implementations. The specialist combines strong instructional design expertise with handson training delivery, modern videobased learning approaches, and AIenabled content development techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Program Development
- Design, drive, and ensure the successful execution of structured training programs across Aurigo's customer base.
- Analyze customer implementation complexity and user personas to design customized, rolebased training programs that ensure user adaptability and adoption.
- Develop scalable learning paths, curricula, and training artifacts aligned to product releases and implementation milestones.
- Apply instructional design principles (adult learning theory, blended learning, microlearning) to create effective learning experiences.
Training Delivery (Customer & Internal)
- Design and deliver solutionfocused training for diverse user groups, including Trainers, Business Leaders, Construction Managers, Project Managers/Engineers, EndUsers, and System Administrators.
- Facilitate both classroom and virtual instructorled training sessions, including handson, scenariobased learning programs.
- Deliver indepth product training to Aurigo customers during implementations, upgrades, and postgolive phases.
- Conduct internal product enablement sessions to train Aurigo employees on new features, modules, and configuration capabilities of Aurigo Masterworks.
- Support onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning for newly hired employees across functional teams.
VideoBased Learning & Digital Content Development
- Design and develop engaging training videos using modern video development tools (e.g., screencapture tools, animation platforms, AIassisted video creation tools).
- Convert instructorled content into reusable digital learning assets such as product walkthroughs, microlearning videos, simulations, and knowledge checks.
- Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to script, storyboard, and review videobased learning content.
- Ensure training videos follow branding, accessibility, and instructional quality standards.
AIEnabled Learning & Innovation
- Leverage AIpowered tools to accelerate content creation, localization, voiceover generation, assessments, and learning personalization.
- Explore and apply AI capabilities to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and training scalability.
- Use analytics and feedback to continuously optimize training content and delivery effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in building and delivering training for software products.
- Proven ability to deliver classroom and virtual training to diverse, global audiences.
- Handson experience with video development tools and elearning authoring platforms.
- Working knowledge of AIenabled learning tools and content generation technologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex product functionality into simple, userfriendly learning experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product, implementation, and customer teams.
