An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Training Specialist to join a high-profile international business undergoing significant growth across its customer operations and service excellence teams.
This role is ideal for a confident facilitator, coach, and performance-driven learning professional who is passionate about enabling people success, accelerating capability, and delivering best-in-class onboarding experiences within fast-paced operational environments.
Working within a premium global programme, you will take ownership of new starter learning journeys, performance coaching initiatives, and training quality improvements that directly influence employee readiness and customer experience outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitation & Learning Delivery
- Deliver impactful instructor-led onboarding and induction programmes
- Facilitate both classroom-based and virtual training sessions to diverse learner groups
- Adapt delivery techniques to support varying levels of prior experience and learning preference
- Conduct assessments, knowledge validation, and structured learner feedback sessions
Performance Coaching & Capability Development
- Provide ongoing coaching support during the early employee lifecycle
- Identify skill gaps and deploy targeted learning interventions
- Support employee confidence, readiness, and performance consistency
- Work collaboratively with operational leadership to ensure successful learner transition into business functions
Training Quality & Programme Enhancement
- Gather stakeholder feedback to continuously improve learner engagement and programme effectiveness
- Analyse learner performance metrics, training outcomes, and quality indicators
- Contribute to training governance, learning standards, and best practice implementation
- Drive initiatives that improve speed to competence and operational readiness
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in training delivery, facilitation, or learning & development
- 5+ years of experience in training and development roles in a contact center environment
- Previous experience within customer-facing operational, service delivery, or support-led environments
- Experience working with telecommunication companies in a tech support related role
- Strong classroom presence with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to coach individuals and groups toward measurable performance outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and learner performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple learner groups in a fast-moving environment
- Experience working with telecommunication companies in a tech support related role
