Job Title: Training Specialist – Behavioural Skills

Role Overview

At MSN Laboratories, we are looking to hire a Training Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate training, specifically in delivering impactful training programs in soft skills, behavioural skills and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on behavioural and leadership skills
• Customize training delivery based on the requirements of the target audience
• Deliver programs using experiential, interactive and facilitation techniques
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with HR teams to align training initiatives with business goals
• Stay updated with the latest learning trends and behavioural training methodologies

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to engage diverse audiences from multicultural backgrounds
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
• Instructional design knowledge and familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools is a plus
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu

Qualifications

• MBA or a related Master's Degree / Certification (HR specialisation is good to have)
• Certifications in training and facilitation related concepts is an advantage
