About the job

At Ambak, we're scaling fast and building India's smartest home loan distribution network. To do that, we need sales training & development professionals who don't just instruct-they inspire

We're looking for Seasoned HL Trainers who love shaping high-performing teams OR Home Loan Experts who are obsessed with coaching, mentoring, and want to pivot into full-time training

Here's what you'll do

Enabling end to end training and handholding for business performance metrics

Drive impactful skill-development for our fast-growing sales teams

Co-ordinate with content team to produce time to time product and process content that don't put people to sleep

Launch and scale city-specific training rollouts (think new cities, new cohorts, new energy)

Use performance data to tweak, adapt, and upgrade our training playbook

Work closely with function heads across Sales, Ops, Product, and HR

What you need to bring

Strong domain knowledge in Home Loans / HL Distribution

Passion for coaching, simplifying, and storytelling

Comfort in running both classroom and on-ground formats (this is not a desk-only job)

If you've trained before, awesome. If not, but you've got the chops, we'll help you pivot

Location: Delhi-NCR & Mumbai

Experience: 3-7 years

Open roles: 4

Budget: 5-15 LPA
