Training Placement Officer

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Training Placement Officer. The Training Placement Officer will develop and manage relationships with colleges and other institutions for campus placements, oversee end-to-end placement activities, and train students in soft skills to enhance their employability. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with recruiters, managing placement logistics, preparing training programs, and ensuring high placement success for students at NS3EDU.

• Experience with Campus Placement and College Recruiting activities
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in training and developing students Soft Skills
• Ability to establish and maintain College Recruiting partnerships
• Capability to conduct student Training sessions effectively
• Leadership skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and related software
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
