Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Officer specializing in Housekeeping at RARE Hospitality & Services Pvt Ltd, located in Jaipur. The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for housekeeping staff. The role includes conducting training sessions, evaluating employee performance, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and maintaining high-quality service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Training, Employee Training, and Training & Development
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage and mentor team members
• Analytical Skills for assessing training needs, evaluating performance, and identifying areas for improvement
• Familiarity with housekeeping operations and industry standards is preferred
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment and manage training schedules effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field is beneficial
• Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days
• Location : Jaipur
