Training Officer/Assistant Training Officer - Automobile Industry

We are seeking a dedicated Training Officer/Assistant Training Officer with a strong background in the Automobile Industry to train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology. The ideal candidate will be a Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder with proven experience in either production or training, a sound knowledge of mechanical and automobile subjects, and the ability to mentor young minds.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Train 10th and 12th-grade students in Automotive Manufacturing technology.
• Impart knowledge of mechanical and automobile subjects as per the syllabus.
• Connect with, mentor, and guide students to facilitate their learning.
• Stay updated on industrial advancements and have good knowledge of shop-floor practices.

Skills Required

• Education: A B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical/Automobile) or higher degree with a 1st division, or a Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile) with a 1st division.

Experience:

• B.Tech/B.E.: A minimum of 2 years in production (preferably related to the auto industry) OR a minimum of 1 year in training/teaching combined with 1 year in production. Alternatively, 2 years as a trainer for vocational courses in industrial collaboration (fitter, automotive manufacturing).
• Diploma: A minimum of 3 years in production (related to the auto industry) OR a minimum of 1 year in training/teaching combined with 2 years in production. Alternatively, 3 years as a trainer for vocational courses in industrial collaboration (fitter, automotive manufacturing).
• Technical: A sound knowledge of mechanical and automobile subjects.
• Language:Hindi fluency is absolutely necessary.
• Personal Attributes: Effective listening and communication skills, mentoring and guiding capabilities, a positive body language, and a professional appearance.
