Job Description

Job Title: Training & New Initiatives Intern

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Working Hours: 10 AM- 7 PM, Monday to Friday

Duration: 6 months (FTE based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Alumni Relations & Engagement: Assist in planning alumni events, collecting success stories, and maintaining vibrant communication with our ever-growing alumni network.
  • Product Testing & Feedback: Roll up your sleeves to test new learning products, user experiences, and platforms. Share your honest feedback to help us improve.
  • Training Coordination: Work closely with program managers to coordinate live training sessions, communicate with learners, and ensure seamless learning experiences.
  • Content Creation & Communication: Support in creating alumni newsletters, crafting internal updates, writing short bios or spotlights, and contributing to alumni books or campaigns.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across teams—tech, marketing, academics—to ensure project tasks are on track and everyone's in the loop.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, or business administration (other degrees considered with relevant knowledge)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and Excel skills
  • A flair for managing multiple tasks and coordinating with diverse teams
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Trello, or Excel is a plus.
  • A passion for education, events, storytelling, or community building
  • A proactive attitude—willing to take ownership, solve problems, and learn on the go
