Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building People Manager Capabilities
• 100% completion of Road map trainings of NDS
• 100% completion of mandatory learnings of NDS
• Meeting / Exceeding L1, L2, L3 Targets of different programs delivered

Facilitate the Induction Program and other learning programs

• Design and deliver custom solutions in Functional / Sales / Professional / Leadership Development / Technical (in consultation with the Learning Partners / Business Stakeholders where required) Learning Operations & Governance
• Oversee Contracts & Vendor Management (empanelment, identification,
• evaluation, purchase order-invoice-payment governance)
• Govern seamless administration of programs in the Learning
• Management System and evangelize digital learning through all learning solutions offered
• Work closely with all internal teams for the smooth execution of training programs
• Be Audit Ready by ensuring training records; budgets are updated and metrics reported periodically.
