Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as Manager - Operations (Training & Development) is based in Chennai and to travel as required. The role includes leading training initiatives to develop the skills and competencies of staff and ensuring seamless execution of training programs. The manager will design, evaluate, and enhance training content, coordinate with departments, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for organizational growth and development. This position is integral to nurturing a learning-driven culture and ensuring operational excellence at the institution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Training Management, Training & Development methods, and the ability to design and execute training initiatives effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating training outcomes and performance metrics.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and organizing training programs, workshops, and presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree.
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior Experience in CBSE K12 School in Training is must.
