Job Description

Identify and assess current and future training needs of employees through annual training appraisals and discussions with managers.
Develop yearly and quarterly training plans based on identified needs.
Create training content and deliver sessions using relevant training tools and methodologies.
Conduct effective induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Perform training audits at retail stores to identify gaps and provide on-the-floor training when required.
Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs implemented.
Provide continuous development opportunities to enhance overall workforce capability.
