Position Name - Training Manager
Experience Required :- Minimum 8 year
Salary Range - 8-10 LPA
Qualification - MBA Sales or Marketing
Key Job Responsibilities :-
- Design and develop sales training modules for frontline sales teams, RSM,ASM,Territory Sales Officers (TSO), and Sales Officers.
- Conduct induction training for new sales employees covering company policies, products, sales processes, and market working.
- Train the team on the Sales Call Process, including effective retailer communication, product pitching, and order generation.
- Train the sales team on Distributor Evaluation Process to ensure efficient distributor performance and ROI.
- Accompany sales Force in the market for on-the-job training and coaching.
- Conduct on the job training on New Outlet Opening Process to expand retail reach and improve market penetration.
- Provide training on Target Setting and Sales Review Processes to improve sales planning and performance tracking.
- Identify skill gaps in the sales team and design training modules to improve sales capabilities.
- Educate sales staff on Beat Planning Process to improve productivity and outlet coverage.
- Train the sales team on the New Product Launch Process, including product knowledge, launch strategy, market execution, and retailer awareness to ensure successful product introduction in the market.
- Provide feedback to regional sales managers on team performance.
- Measure training effectiveness using sales performance metrics.
- Maintain training reports and performance improvement analysis.
