Why This Role Matters:
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling impactful training programs for enterprise customers using the Mple AI platform.
You will act as the bridge between customer goals, training strategy, and AI-driven learning experiences, ensuring high adoption, engagement, and measurable performance improvement.
This role combines training expertise, instructional design, and AI-led simulation thinking, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building modern, outcome-driven learning experiences in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end training lifecyclefrom requirement gathering to execution and impact measurement
- Design and deliver structured training programs aligned with client goals
- Create engaging training content including roleplays, scenarios, and assessments
- Develop and optimize AI-driven simulations and prompts for realistic learning experiences
- Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance training effectiveness
- Monitor training performance, user engagement, and skill improvement metrics
- Share insights and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback
What we are looking for
- 37 years of experience in training, L&D, or sales enablement
- Prior experience in insurance, pharmaceutical, or retail training (preferred)
- Strong expertise in content creation, instructional design, and workshop facilitation
- Familiarity with AI tools, prompting, or willingness to learn quickly
- Experience with digital learning platforms (LMS, training tools, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive outcomes end-to-end
