Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs across departments through job analysis and performance reviews
  • Develop and implement effective training programs (technical, behavioral, and compliance)
  • Prepare training calendars and ensure timely execution
  • Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
  • Manage external trainers and training vendors
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Ability to handle multiple training projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
  • Certification in Training & Development (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in manufacturing / textile / garments industry will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale training programs
