Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and overall organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs across departments through job analysis and performance reviews
- Develop and implement effective training programs (technical, behavioral, and compliance)
- Prepare training calendars and ensure timely execution
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Manage external trainers and training vendors
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Ability to handle multiple training projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office
Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- Certification in Training & Development (preferred)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing / textile / garments industry will be an added advantage
- Proven track record in managing large-scale training programs
