Job Description

Job Title: Training Manager - International Telecom

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are hiring a Training Manager for one of our MNC clients, responsible for leading training strategy, managing trainer performance, and driving delivery excellence across multiple international telecom processes in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute LOB-specific training plans aligned with business goals
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of trainers to ensure optimal performance
  • Handle ad-hoc training requirements across multiple accounts
  • Conduct behavioral training sessions, audits, and refresher programs
  • Maintain training data, SOPs, trackers, and knowledge management systems
  • Support process transitions, KT plans, shadowing, and new-hire onboarding
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and represent training in client calls

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, Excel, and QA tools
  • Ability to work in a 247 environment
  • Highly adaptable, patient, organized, and a strong multitasker
  • Strong stakeholder and client management abilities

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate (10+2+3)
  • 8+ years of overall experience
  • Minimum 2+ years as a Training Manager in International Telecom
  • Train-the-Trainer certified
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Willingness to work night shifts
