Job Title: Training Manager - International Telecom
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary
We are hiring a Training Manager for one of our MNC clients, responsible for leading training strategy, managing trainer performance, and driving delivery excellence across multiple international telecom processes in a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute LOB-specific training plans aligned with business goals
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of trainers to ensure optimal performance
- Handle ad-hoc training requirements across multiple accounts
- Conduct behavioral training sessions, audits, and refresher programs
- Maintain training data, SOPs, trackers, and knowledge management systems
- Support process transitions, KT plans, shadowing, and new-hire onboarding
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and represent training in client calls
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, Excel, and QA tools
- Ability to work in a 247 environment
- Highly adaptable, patient, organized, and a strong multitasker
- Strong stakeholder and client management abilities
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (10+2+3)
- 8+ years of overall experience
- Minimum 2+ years as a Training Manager in International Telecom
- Train-the-Trainer certified
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Willingness to work night shifts
