Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Meerut for the position of Training Manager at HDFC Life. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs to enhance performance and capabilities. Key responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing training materials, delivering training sessions to employees, providing coaching, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role requires continuous assessment of training effectiveness and making improvements to align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Training and Development skills, with expertise in conducting workshops, designing training materials, and delivering engaging sessions
- Proficiency in Coaching, Team Management, and Leadership Development
- Analytical thinking and Decision-Making abilities to assess training needs and measure effectiveness
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and employee engagement practices
