Training Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Training Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Key tasks include conducting needs assessments, delivering engaging training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, managing training schedules, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Additionally, the Training Manager will mentor staff, develop training materials, and stay updated on industry best practices to continuously improve training strategies.

• Experience in Training and Development, including planning, delivery, and evaluation of training programs.
• Strong Leadership and Communication skills to effectively mentor and guide team members.
• Ability to assess learning needs, devise training strategies, and implement innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in Program Management and maintaining structured training schedules and materials.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to assess training impact and make necessary improvements.
• Proven experience in employee engagement and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience in the logistics or travel industry will be considered a strong advantage.
