Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding, analyzing and articulating common business processes and decisions
- Interviewing key client personnel, documenting findings and analyzing results
- Understanding and articulating the major processes within a business
- Organizing, documenting and presenting information logically
- Gathering, interpreting and manipulating data in support of assessments
- Developing client-ready presentations and deliverables (e.g., business flows, business process descriptions, program specs)
Essential Skills:
- 2 - 3 years of prior consulting and/or relevant industry experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to effectively operate either independently or in a team environment
- Outstanding MS Office and data modeling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Undergraduate degree – business, finance, accounting, or economics preferred
